At Extra-Capsa, your satisfaction is our mission. We understand that sometimes, things don't quite work out. Here's how we handle those rare occasions:

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please let us know within 30 days of receipt. We'll replace it at no extra cost to you. Just send us a problem report, and we'll take care of the rest.

Lost Packages: Worry not, space traveler! For packages lost in transit, report the issue no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We’ll navigate the necessary channels to investigate and, if needed, send a replacement your way.

 

Return Process: Should an item need to be returned, it'll make its journey back to the Printful facility. You'll be notified via email once the return is received. If not claimed within 30 days, it'll be passed on to charity, continuing the cycle of goodwill.

Incorrect Address: If an order goes on a spacewalk due to an incorrect address, it'll find its way back to our facility. The cost of the reshipment to the right corner of the galaxy will be your responsibility.

 

Unclaimed Shipments: Unclaimed orders will also return to our base station. We'll need to charge for the cost of a reshipment, so be sure to claim your cosmic goods!

 

Buyer's Remorse: We all have second thoughts sometimes. However, we do not accept returns due to buyer's remorse. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before checking out.
